Liz Sears lives her life in every way to fulfill her life mission which is to "inspire the masses to live lives full of connection, contribution, adventure, and impact." As a speaker and writer, she focuses on the consistency of striving towards becoming the best version of ourselves and sharing how to be awake and engaged in life. She fully believes that life, with its extensive variety of obstacles and opportunities, can be an amazing adventure. It's all about how we play the hand we were dealt and what we choose to create.

Beginning in the financial industry in 1995, Liz's career path has included roles such as Mortgage Loan officer, Property Manager, Real Estate Investor, and most recently as Team Leader and Associate Broker of Utah’s Elite | REALTORS® at Real Brokers, LLC. She has served many times in leadership roles in the Real Estate industry including on the Board of Directors for the Northern Wasatch Association of Realtors and as a Governing Board Member of the Women's Council of Realtors Utah.
