We are so excited for you to take this awesome journey with us at the Accountability & Focus Mastermind. We want to make it super easy and straightforward for you to understand the mastermind, the goals, the focus, the network, and strategies for your success.
We have assembled below a list of FAQ's.
Your specific AFM group will meet once/month for 10 sessions with an Intro Welcome Session as well as a Graduation Session... making it 12 monthly sessions in total throughout the year. We will meet online in our private mastermind zoom room.
How many members are in each group?
We limit each of our AFM mastermind groups to only 12 to 15 members per group. Each member is expected to be present to participate in each of the monthly sessions.
The main criteria for a new member to join us is for the individual to be ready and open to learn. Open to take direction and committed to participating in each of the sessions and to supporting your fellow members. We welcome all types of industries.
What are some of the AFM ground rules (attendance, participation)?
Our AFM ground rules are very straightforward. We expect each member to attend each of the monthly zoom sessions. We expect the member to stay on-camera for the entirety of the zoom sessions. We expect our members to support each of your fellow members in and out of the meetings and participate with your 'accountability partner' who will be assigned to you.
Does AFM follow a specific format of accountability?
Yes! We have a proprietary AFM Accountability system in which each of our members will be taught in our beginning sessions.
Am I able to network with my fellow AFM members?
Absolutely! We encourage you to network and connect with each of your 12 to 15 fellow members of your AFM group. We will be distributing a Member's Directory for your specific group. A lot of new future business is made through these connections and networks.
Can you share a little bit more about the Celebrity Board of Advisors and Mentors?
We are so excited that our founder, Speaker Erik Swanson, has such an amazing group of highly successful friends in all areas of business, entrepreneurship, speaking, authorship, habits, breathwork, and attitude. He has personally assembled a team of celebrity Board of Advisors and Mentors to share their techniques and teachings with our masterminds throughout the sessions throughout the year.
